In 2015, Brett Costigan started Wellspring Home Services, a handyman service company, with his son-in-law Josh. Before long, Wellspring added Zach and Jordan to the team and they started working on larger remodels –– bathrooms, kitchens, and basement finishes.
Brett planned to bring Zach and Jordan into company ownership, but this plan was expedited when Brett had a medical emergency in 2024 that left him unable to stay involved in the business. In 2025, Zach and Jordan purchased Wellspring from Brett and rebranded as Wellspring Remodeling to align more closely with the work they do today.
While our journey began with small repairs, we have grown into a full-service remodeling firm dedicated to quality craftsmanship and customer care across Northern Colorado.

Growing up as a PK (Pastor’s Kid), Zach is also a pastor at heart. The number one thing that he brings to Wellspring is the ability to empower other team members to thrive in their roles. This includes recognizing which role a member is best fit for and placing them in it. He holds the general contracting license for Wellspring and manages projects in the construction phase.
Outside of Wellspring, Zach enjoys spending his time with his wife and two sons, playing basketball, and hunting elk in the Rocky Mountains.
Co-Owner / Pre-Construction Manager
Jordan is a veteran of the Colorado Army National Guard, where he served in a military police unit for six years, and has been a part of Wellspring since 2019. Jordan now oversees the administrative side of Wellspring and manages projects in their estimation and pre-construction phase. He and his wife live in Fort Collins with their baby daughter.

Josh co-founded Wellspring Remodeling (originally Wellspring Home Services) with Brett Costigan in 2015. Josh moved to Kansas City shortly afterward, where he helped grow Restoration Carpentry into a full-service remodeling firm, overseeing projects up to $500,000. After moving back to Colorado in 2025, Josh rejoined the Wellspring team, where he serves as the head of sales and offers business counsel to the rest of the team.
Above all, Josh is husband to the love of his life, Alyssa, and father to four wonderful children.
